Return Policy – Second-hand / Outlet Furniture

Rivet Lozano Outlet offers furniture from end-of-line stock, liquidations and showroom models. These items may show slight variations in appearance or minor cosmetic imperfections, clearly indicated in the product listing and already reflected in the pricing. We aim for full transparency to help you shop with confidence.

Customers have the opportunity to physically inspect the furniture at our warehouse before completing the purchase and acknowledge, by proceeding to payment, that they have examined the item and accepted its condition.

All sales are final. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for a simple change of mind after the purchase. The withdrawal right that applies to distance selling does not apply in this context.

In accordance with Belgian legislation on the sale of second-hand goods by a professional seller, a 1-year legal guarantee of conformity applies to hidden defects that were present at the time of purchase and not visible or known during the inspection. Known or clearly visible imperfections cannot be grounds for a later claim.
