Delivery Policy – Rivet Lozano Outlet

At Rivet Lozano Outlet, we make every effort to provide delivery solutions adapted to the specific nature of our products. Our items mainly come from end-of-stock, clearance, discontinued series, or display models, and due to their volume or fragility, they sometimes require special handling.


1) Collection from the Brussels Workshop (Preferred Option)

We strongly encourage our customers to collect their purchases directly from our Brussels workshop:

  • Collection is by appointment only, ensuring fast, organized, and personalized service.

  • This option is free of charge and remains the safest way to guarantee receipt of your item in perfect condition.


2) Delivery Within Belgium (Bulky Furniture)

For large items such as sofas, tables, wardrobes, beds, sideboards, or any other heavy furniture, we provide delivery services exclusively within Belgium.

  • Delivery is carried out by specialized carriers or our own logistics team.

  • Costs are calculated according to the volume, weight, and delivery distance. A personalized quote will be provided prior to confirming the order.

  • Standard delivery is made to the ground floor or building entrance.

  • Home delivery with installation or assembly can be arranged on request, at an additional cost.


3) International Shipping (Small Items)

Smaller items such as chairs, lamps, decorative objects, accessories, or small removable furniture can be shipped worldwide.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination, weight, and chosen carrier.

  • Any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges remain the responsibility of the customer.


4) Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 5 to 10 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For bulky items, additional time may be required to arrange transport and delivery appointments.

  • Delivery times are provided as estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and external circumstances (e.g., traffic, customs clearance, weather conditions).


5) Responsibility & Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the item immediately and report any damage, irregularities, or discrepancies (see [Refund & Return Policy]).

  • If delivered by a carrier, it is essential to note specific reservations on the delivery slip in the event of visible damage to packaging or items.

  • Once the product has been handed over to the customer or their carrier, Rivet Lozano Outlet cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper handling after delivery.
